I’m an animal lover (tell me about your pets 🐾), gluten-free baker, swimmer, art dabbler, DIY enthusiast, community volunteer, and nature lover.

In August 2024, I graduated with Honours from the Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy program at Georgian College.

​

I received my CMTO Massage Therapy Licence in January 2025 and opened my practice, Muskoka Soma, on February 1st, 2025. You can find my clinic in the historic Clock Tower Centre in downtown Bracebridge, and at Nourish Health on Wednesdays — both by appointment.

I love working with patients to help them reach their goals — whether that’s reducing discomfort, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or simply feeling more at home in their bodies. I work with a wide range of conditions and health backgrounds, always focusing on individualized, assessment-based care.

​

My training includes Swedish massage, fascial work, cupping therapy, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, active release techniques, joint mobilizations, perinatal care, and customized stretching and strengthening plans.

 

I’m committed to ongoing education through research, webinars, and advanced RMT and bodywork training so I can continue expanding my skills and better support you.
